- ½ cup 120 ml water
- ½ cup 120 ml low-fat almond yogurt [or low-fat vanilla yogurt]
- ½ cup 75 g red grapes
- ½ cup 75 g frozen strawberries
- ½ cup 80 g frozen blueberries
- ½ cup 70 g frozen raspberries
- ½ cup 120 ml water
- ½ cup 120 ml low-fat almond yogurt [or low-fat vanilla yogurt]

Directions
Cook Along-
- Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
- Start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed.
- Blend for 1 minute or until desired consistency is reached, using the tamper to press the ingredients toward the blades.
