  • 1 cup 240 ml water
  • 6 Tablespoon 340 g honeydew melon, peeled, havled
  • 4 Tablespoon 160 g slices of cantaloupe, peeled, halved
  • 2 Tablespoon 350 g large peaches, halved, pitted
  • 6 Tablespoon 300 g slices of pineapple, peeled
  • 2 cups 260 g ice cubes

    1. Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
    2. Start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed.
    3. Blend for 40 seconds or until desired consistency is reached, using the tamper to press ingredients toward the blades.
