- 1⅓ cup 320 ml vanilla soy yogurt, or low fat vanilla yogurt
 - 1 Tablespoon 150 g medium orange, peeled, quartered
 - 1⅓ cup 200 g cooked pumpkin
 - ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
 - 2 pinches ground nutmeg
 - 2 Tablespoon 240 g medium frozen bananas, peeled, halved
 - 2 cups 260 g ice cubes
 
- ⅔ cup 160 ml vanilla soy yogurt [or low fat vanilla yogurt]
 - ½ medium 75 g orange, peeled
 - ⅔ cup 100 g cooked pumpkin
 - ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
 - 1 pinch ground nutmeg
 - 1 medium 120 g frozen banana, peeled, halved
 - 1 cup 130 g ice cubes
 
- ¾ cup 160 ml vanilla soy yogurt, or low fat vanilla yogurt
 - ½ Tablespoon 65 g medium orange, peeled
 - ¾ cup 100 g cooked pumpkin
 - ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
 - 1 pinch ground nutmeg
 - 1 medium 120 g frozen banana, peeled, halved
 - 1 cup 130 g ice cubes

Directions

- Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
 - Start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed.
 - Blend for 45 seconds or until desired consistency is reached, using the tamper to push ingredients toward the blades.
