- 3 ounces 100 g tomato paste

- 1 cup 15 g Italian flat leaf parsley

- 1 cup 240 ml vegetable stock
- 2 Tablespoon 800 g low sodium plum tomatoes
- 3 ounces 100 g tomato paste
- 2 garlic cloves, peeled
- 1 cup 15 g Italian flat leaf parsley
- 1 teaspoon salt, optional
- ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 cup 240 ml vegetable stock
- 2 800 g low sodium plum tomatoes

- Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure the lid.
- Run the Hot Soup Program or start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed. Blend for 5 minutes 45 seconds.

- Start the blender on its lowest speed, then quickly increase to its highest speed, using the tamper to press ingredients toward the blades.
